- Experience in dealing with Biodiversity Net Gain, Woodland Carbon Code, Peatland Code as well as a variety of other voluntary carbon and biodiversity schemes.

Non-conventional agriculture
- Thorough understanding of practices and business models around regenerative, organic and sustainable farming. Experienced in assisting businesses through the transition to these new systems.
About Us
Alex Caraffi
Alex has spent more than two decades working alongside the people and businesses that shape the land-based sector — a sector he understands from the inside out.
His experience has taken him from farm work in the Yorkshire Dales, Australia and the Chilterns to a Directorship at Andersons Farm Business Consultants. In 2021 he started Agrolo Land Futures since when he has continued to deliver business management while also being involved in other land based business ventures.
Although his roots are in business finance, Alex thrives in working with people: helping them define what they want to achieve, navigate complexity and deliver meaningful change within their businesses. Alex values working relationships that are both purposeful and enjoyable, believing people do their best work when they feel engaged, trusted and supported.
He is particularly drawn to projects that push beyond conventional land management and has been fortunate to contribute to a wide range of ambitious, large-scale landscape projects across the UK.
